Where do I sign up for Working Live?

How do I access Zoom Ready Virtual Presentations and Flip Charts?
Simply sign into https://special.workinglive.us/my-account and look for Zoom Ready Virtual Flip Charts on the dashboard. Once you click on that you will be able to select from available Flip Charts. Zoom Ready Flip Charts are available in English and Spanish.
If I already have Zoom, what happens to my Zoom account when I sign up with Working Live?
Many of our customers do not have Zoom. So, they get a Zoom account included in their membership. If you already have a Zoom account (paid or free), simply sign up with the same email that you use with Zoom when signing up with Working Live. That way, you will keep your same Meeting ID, recordings, scheduled meetings, etc…
After you sign up for Working Live, look for an email from [email protected] to Accept Request to join Working Live. When you do that, your Zoom billing will stop if you are a paid member and your account will be upgraded to Working Live. Please check the box “refund to self” so you will get a pro-rata refund from Zoom for any unused services.
When signing up with Working Live, do I get to keep my Zoom Meeting ID I have now?
Yes, so long as you sign up for Working Live using the same email that you currently are using with Zoom.
What do I do if I did not get my invitation email from [email protected] to Approve the Request?
If you do not get the email invitation from Zoom within 24 hours, please contact Working Live support at [email protected]
Include your email and let us know that you did not receive your Zoom invite. You may also check your SPAM folder for the email.
I accepted the invite from Zoom to join Working Live, but my Zoom account has not joined Working Live.
It may take up to 24 hours. However, please check that you do not owe Zoom any funds. Please check that you only have one user on your account by going to USER MANAGEMENT / USERS and check to see that you only have one user/email. Please check that you do not have any Zoom Rooms. If you do, please delete your Zoom Rooms. After all of these are clearly completed, send us an email to [email protected] with your email and request us to resend you the invitation.
How do I update my credit card information on Working Live?
Sign into your https://special.workinglive.us/my-account. Go to Payment Method. Enter new information and SAVE.
Why did my Zoom account just switch to BASIC and I now have a 40 min time limit on my meeting?
Your Zoom account switches to BASIC if your account is ON HOLD due to non-payment. This often occurs when your credit on file expires or changes. Sign into your https://special.workinglive.us/my-account and go to Payment Method. Update and Save the information.
How do I cancel my membership with Working Live?
Email us at [email protected] with your name, email that you signed up with Working Live.
I don’t remember my Working Live password.
Please go to https://special.workinglive.us/my-account. If you don’t know your password, look to the right side of the page for LOST PASSWORD. You will have to reset your password.
Why am I being billed by Working Live and Zoom?
This happens if you did not sign up with Working Live with the same email that you are using with Zoom. OR You did not Accept the Request invitation from Zoom. That is required to stop the billing with Zoom. Please send an email to [email protected] with you email that you signed up with or the email you signed up with and the preferred email that you are using with Zoom or what to use with Zoom.
